She was thrown to the ground and kicked by many members of the crowd that surrounded her. The profanities the crowd was yelling were all she could hear. Stones hit her, breaking more bones from people that couldn’t get at her directly while those around her kicked her more. She was a rag doll, putty in the master’s vicious hand. Vision of the Gate KeeperHe ran down the street in total fear, running for his life. He could hear their sporadic and fast paced footsteps shadowing his. He ran faster, but he could hear them pick up their pace to keep with him. He took a glance behind him, measuring how far back they were.
In the split second his sight took to refocus in front of him, he realized a pile of trash was directly in his path, a few steps away. He tried to dodge it, but he was upon it too fast to react. End of Semester

Finally school is winding down. Now it just has to end!

Most of my serious work is out of the way, but I am still looking at around three papers and two exams, and I just want it to be over. Overall it was a good semester, but I don't think I'm going to be doing as well as I originally predicted, or hoped. Such is life. *le sigh*

I'm also realizing that with all this research going on, the papers, the notes, the articles and books that I've been grabbing from for papers, my room is a disaster. Almost time to clean.

Hopefully I can get back on here and keep working on this crazy idea piece I had a while ago, because I'd still like to finish it. I have a feeling there's still a lot that I need to get out into this piece that has been sitting around now for half of forever?! OR maybe just a year. And while it'll still take forever long to finish it because I am severely lacking artistically, it's still something I really want to keep working on, and possibly finish some time.
